BIRTHDAY GIVEAWAY RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
1. HOW TO ENTER
a. INCREDIBLE MO’S (referred to as “The Facility”) The INCREDIBLE MO’S Birthday Giveaway will begin December 1, 2023 at 12 p.m. and ends December 29, 2023 at noon Eastern Time.
To participate in the giveaway, you may enter via the following method:
Entries will be accepted at www.incrediblemos.com/birthday-party-giveaway. To submit an entry, go to www.incrediblemos.com/birthday-party-giveaway and fill out the required submission form. There is a physical sign up form at INCREDIBLE MO’S location, but there are no posted times for this entry method. The winner of the prize will be notified via phone or email and on Facebook. All entries will be randomly drawn at INCREDIBLE MO’S.
b. Only one email entry per email address will be accepted. Only one email address per person. Paper entry forms are available at INCREDIBLE MO’S
2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
a. The contest is open to anyone who is of 13 years of age or older and who legally resides in Michigan. Employees of INCREDIBLE MO’S, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies are ineligible to participate or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.
c. INCREDIBLE MO’S reserves the right to use or broadcast the winners’ names and likeness for promotional purposes. Winners are to sign a liability release form and release station, clients, and subsidiaries involved of any liability, claims, actions of any kind due to injuries, damage, or loss, to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt of the prizes listed below.
3. PRIZES
a. There will be a total of 6 birthday parties given away starting one a week from December 4, 2023 through December 29, 2023. Each Party is for 8 participants. All Party Details found at https://incrediblemos.com/birthday-party-giveaway/

b. All prizes may be picked up at INCREDIBLE MO’S at the address below. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within twenty (20) business days of winning. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and, therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. INCREDIBLE MO’S is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.
c. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that INCREDIBLE MO’S may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.
4. WINNER SELECTIONS AND NOTIFICATION
a. Decisions of INCREDIBLE MO’S management with respect to the contest are final.
b. Winner(s) will be randomly drawn at the facility.
c. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received for each drawing.
d. Winners do not need to be present to win.
e. Winners will also be notified via email and listed on Facebook and Website. “Winners must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within twenty (20) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen by redrawing another entry.” Winners will be required to show proof of identity when collecting prize(s). If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize.
5. CONDITIONS
a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
b. By participating in the giveaway, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Giveaway RULES without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.
c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the facility in its sole discretion may require contest winners to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the facility, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
d. The Facility reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. “If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Facility, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the giveaway and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.”
e. Failure to comply with the giveaway rules may result in an entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Facility.
f. INCREDIBLE MO’S is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
